Deleting Unused Sites
If it has been less than 90 days since the license was allocated, you can delete the site and the license will automatically be credited back to your account. Here’s how to delete the site:
- Log into Pixami Admin.
- Click on Manage Affiliates on the top navigation menu.
- Under Affiliate Status, check the box next to the affiliate that you'd like to renew.
- Click the Delete button at the top of the page. You will be asked to confirm, and then the site will be deleted.
Refunds
If it has been less than 90 days since the license was allocated, the license will automatically be credited back to your account. You will see a message to this effect and there's no reason to do anything else.
You can verify the refund on the Licenses tab, under Manage Affiliates.
If it has been more than 90 days since the license was allocated, we are sorry but no refund will be available. Pixami bears hosting, storage and other costs to keep all sites active and up to date, regardless of whether they are used.
As a special case, Pixami will refund unused sites created more than 90 days ago, but within the same season, with a processing fee of $65 per site. Please submit tickets to request these refunds.
TIP: You can quickly find a specific affiliate by using your browser's search feature.
Press Ctrl+F (on Windows PC, Chromebook, or Linux system), or Command+F (on a Mac)
Once you see the search bar (located upper right of web page), click in the text input field and type in your affiliate/school name. The browser will highlight all occurrences of your search query on the page, and you can scroll to find the affiliate/school needed.
