- Fixed missing video help links in Support section of Activity page, when enabled in Admin / Site Profile.
- Added buttons for enabling yearbooks and ads individually in Admin / E-Commerce.
- Fixed the Face Matching blue frame display on unknown faces if enabled.
- Added 'MaxPages' to the 'Details' yearbook sales report in Admin.
- Added feature to allow a Pixami admin to generate a new short URL code for E-Commerce sites.
- Fixed an issue with Stripe mobile checkout and added additional order logging.

- Coverage Report permissions have been changed - only Adviser and Editor can make edits.
- Reduced the amount of compression for onscreen thumbnails and image previews to improve image display quality.
October 29, 2025 Update - Yearbook Pro & Admin Features and Bug Fixes
- Added a progress bar to show % completed while copying or moving large numbers of Candid photos.
- Created more space between the Sales Price and Retail Price on the storefront home page.
- Added the Folder Name to the delete folder confirmation for Candid photos.
- Ads now appear with the Students Name, not Parents Name.
- Fixed an issue where Spell check wasn't working properly.
- Discover and Amex logos now appear when active on the cart checkout page.
- New 'Donate a Yearbook' Feature added to the cart. When enabled in Admin, users will have the option to purchase an additional book as a donation.
- Changed the Default for Add Shape to a gray box with no border.

- Received Google approval and finalized new Google Drive 'picker' interface that allows improved folder navigation and individual image selection.

- Fixed issue where custom field for Personalization in checkout was incorrectly displaying for non-personalized products.
- Manage All Sites page has date patched to display correctly for UK Customers.
- Fixed issue with Date Sorting for Last Proof in Admin, on the Manage All Sites page.

September 1, 2025 Update - Yearbook Pro - Fall Feature Release
- New Face Matching. Replaced our Face Matching with a new, more sophisticated engine powered by Amazon. Photo tagging in Yearbook Pro is faster, more accurate, and easier to use than ever before.
- Student Shield, Privacy & Security. A new Student Shield feature, accessible on the Portraits tab, uses Face Matching technology to allow students to be opted out of the book, placing them in a Protected folder. Pixami is also scheduled to complete SOC 2 certification in February. This will benefit our customers and your schools with the gold standard in cybersecurity.
New Templates & Content. A wide variety of new content will get your yearbook designers excited! The update includes 15 new Style sets with designs for EL, MS, and HS — with an exclusive set of new High School designs from Dell Burgess, Mr. Yearbook! You’ll also see a new set of templates in all categories, including over 100 built-in portrait layouts!
- Background Removal. Brand-new, fast, one-click Background Removal allows you to easily remove the backgrounds from your images, opening up great design possibilities! You can find it on the Candids page toolbar.
- History Feature. A new History feature available on the ladder allows you to revert any page back to a previously saved version. You now have a complete history of every page in your book, and nothing is ever lost.
- New Image & Text Warnings. New, more advanced and intuitive warnings for low-resolution images, text clipping, and text overruns are available on the Editing page. They provide interactive detail and tips on how to maximize the quality of your designs.
- Support, Sales & Marketing Materials. We’ve added a complete Sales, Marketing, and Support Kit — including printable flyers and posters, plus a new set of Tutorial Videos. We’re also offering dedicated training sessions for all Pixami customers!
- New Admin Dashboard. This year, you’ll immediately notice a brand-new Admin Dashboard for Yearbook Pro, for management of all your schools. These pages contain all the features you’re familiar with, in a new, simplified, easy-to-navigate layout.
- A brand-new Production Interface is available in Admin for Pixami print-integrated customers, delivering real-time visibility into production, plus detailed shipping and tracking information to your admins and advisers.

- Google Drive. An exciting update to the Google Drive integration allows you to view and navigate through your folders, and then select individual photos to copy into the software.
