How do I use PhotoPost to collect candid photos for the yearbook?

Photo Post is a feature that allows you to obtain photos for your yearbook from your school community of students, parents, teachers and supporters. You will be able to review submitted photos and select any that you would like to use.

To invite someone to submit photos using Photo Post, go to the Photos page in the software, then click on the Photo Post tab. Next click the Invite button in the toolbar. Enter the user’s email address, then click OK to send the invite. The user will receive a link to upload their photos, along with instructions.

You can also click the Copy Link button in the toolbar, which will copy a link to PhotoPost to your clipboard. You can then distribute the link to anyone you would like to be able to submit photos to the site.
