When I try to connect to Google Drive I see a blank screen and my images don’t load. How can I fix this?

The most common cause of issues connecting to Google Drive from the yearbook software is related to large, long-time Google Drive accounts, with lots of files, and multiple shared folders. Shared folders in particular may have permissions issues which cause trouble connecting.

For best results, we recommend that you organize all of your files for your yearbook into a new Google Drive folder, but we understand that’s not always possible.

If you’re having problems retrieving your photos from Google Drive, please try the following:

  1. If you have a large Google Drive account with a lot of images and shared folders, it might take some time to load. Make sure to allow about 5 minutes to see if the folders to appear.
  2. If the folders still don’t appear after 5 minutes, please try clearing your browser cache, then restart your browser and try again.
  3. If you are still not seeing your images load after trying the above, please submit a Support request. In the request provide detail about your issue, any error messages you are seeing, and be sure to include the name of the school. We will investigate and provide further instructions.
