This article explains how to use the Diagnostics tool to easily obtain browser and system information. This information can be easily copied and sent back to support.
Go your book's Activity Page. Scroll to bottom of page and click on "Diagnostics." Copy the information displayed and send it to your support representative to help troubleshoot the issue.
