Missing or deleted page numbers can only be reinstated by an Adviser. To restore page numbers, go to the Configure page, then click on Page Numbers, change the position of the page number (or any change in drop down field settings) and click "Update".
Change the page number position back to original selection and click "Update" again. This resets the page numbers that may have been accidentally deleted.
