How do I move a photo or object on top of another?

To change the layering order of photos, art, art and text objects, first click on the item to show its toolbar. Then click the down arrow icon at the right of the toolbar. In the Layer menu you can choose Bring Forward, Bring to Front, Send Backward, or Send to Back for the selected item.
